• Appreciated the host's communication and flexibility, which made the pick-up and drop-off process seamless. The car itself was clean, comfortable, and drove well. The app fail to unlock or lock the car. Had to wait 45mins for the support team to resolve the issue. The rubber seal around the rear passenger door had come loose.
