• Easy and detailed instructions on how to pick up and return car. Very prompt and quick with replies and friendly too. Provided extra things like tng card, cash card, phone holder & child seat in the car. Makes it very easy for people who don't own a car to drive. Highly recommended!

• The best Honda Shuttle I ever rent from any rental company. Car is tip top and excellent condition. Interior is well maintained and clean. Sport rims with michelin tyres gave me the confidence to drive in Malaysia and loves how owner provides window shades, seat hooks, charging cable and went the extra mile to provide payment cards for parking and tolls even though there was no need for me to use it. Will definitely rent again for my future Malaysia trips!

• Returning hirer. Rent same car twice within 3 days for my JB trips. No problems whatsoever. There’s phone holder, CarPlay connectivity, booster seat if u need, physical key if required (important if in jb in case no internet connection to lock/unlock the car thru App). Overall, highly recommended. 👍

• It was communicated before booking and mention no additional surcharge to Malaysia (Kualalumpur) but i got additional charges for excess mileage. Response from Drive lah: This feedback is deemed invalid. The guest was charged for exceeding the designated mileage limit during his recent rental with us. Our excess mileage policy is in place to ensure fair usage of our vehicles and to cover any additional wear and tear that may occur. As stated in our terms and conditions, any mileage over the designated limit will incur an additional charge.
